what kind of harness is good for a doberman?

I have a gentle leader right now. the strap that goes around by his neck/chest is too big but when I tighten it, it's too small for his narrow chest strap
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can you get a 'perfect fit' harness where you are (try Googling it)?
