I Have To Buy A Stroller For My 8 Month Old Baby In Range Of 100$ With Car Seat. Which One Will Be Good?

Is any sale going on some where or i should wait for nov sale for discount in stroller
i really wish i could give you a brand name or something, but i do have an incredible secret to tell all of you soon to be parents out there.
My dad delivers milk to large retail stores, like walmart and target. Everyday, he has to drive around the back of the store, which is open to regular people too. out back they have a huge dumpster. Not like a rotten food dumpster, it's actually quite clean. just holds boxes and stuff, not food or anything.
walmart and target aren't allowed to sell any item they have up for display, so all of those brand new strollers, cribs, carseats, bassinets and so on get thrown outside simply because they were on display. If you happen to visit, i would check it out back there. I got a free eddie bauer stroller, and over a thousand dollars worth of free baby supplies before they hit the dumpster. it's really worth checking out, and it's free.
you can always find other things back there too.

The only place you might be able to get both, under $100 dollars is a second hand store, or maybe Craig’s list. I have done a ton of baby shopping, and have never seen both for under $100 dollars.
If you have to choose, get a car seat. Those are a must, both to leave the hospital, and for your baby’s safety.

If baby is 8 months old I would suggest a convertible car seat and a seperate stroller since the carrier wont fit much longer anyways. Try these(car seats listed go beyond 40lb, reducing the odds of you having to buy yet another car seat):
