Looking 4 A Graco Safeseat For Infants…. Not Sure What One Is The Best For Me?!?!?

I want to purchase an infant safe seatfrom graco.... Not sure which one to get though.
I really like the french roast and the g galore styles.
Has anyone bought these?? What was your experience with it?? How did they wash and look after a few months??? Did they last for the full year with your baby? Any pros or cons that really stick out to you??
Also can I buy the g galore seat WITHOUT the stroller??
Is there anywhere I can get coupons or some kind of discount, there very very pricey!?!?!

I had the safeseat w/ the travel system stroller. I liked the safeseat. It was a bit heavier, but that is because of the higher weight/height limit.
We used the seat until my daughter was 10 months old. We could of kept her in it longer, she wasn't at the max limits yet, but we just changed to the convertible seat.
It looks like the g galore is only part of the travel system.
Babies R Us sends out coupons....register with them if you haven't already. They will sometimes send coupons for $20 off a carseat purchase, etc.

I own it in a different color, same style… I’d check out babies r us or buy buy baby. There are almost always coupons especially if you registered there. Also Amazon.com. My daughter is only 11 weeks old so I can’t help you as far as the full year thing goes, but I do know that she’s already 13pounds 11oz and 23 inches long and though the weight on the seat goes into the 20s it would be incredibly hard to carry her in it by that time and she’ll probably grow out of it in another couple of months. In fact my sister in law had one and her daughter wasn’t in it past 4 months. If you want something that’s going to stay a longer time, pay extra and get a convertible car seat.

I have a graco carseat and it works quite well (not sure of the name) I have washed the cover with no problems, I also sold the seat after my daughter outgrew it. I liked the fact that my particular model had easy adjustable straps. I think that the g galore is only a travel system. You canalways buy it used and then take it to the fire department to get it inspected. The way to get a discount is to visit graco.com and see if the have any car seat coupons.
