Phil And Teds E3 Stroller Vs Bob Revolution Stroller? Anyone Have These?

Im really interested in the bob revolution stroller and would like to get some reviews from people. the phil and teds e3 is also interesting but im not sure if the front wheel pivots or can lock this is important to me.
Please let me know what you think of these strollers. I need something for going out in the woods for walks and outdoors stuff.
Why not find a local retailer of these strollers and go test them out? REI by me sells them both. The Phil and Ted's E3 stroller does pivot AND can be locked, so this could be what you are looking for.
The Bob Revolution also swivels and can be locked.
The link I provided has videos of both strollers in action. I still think you should get your hands on them both to see which you prefer.
