Have you checked out the Contours Options Tandem stroller from Kolcraft?

When we started researching and checking into double strollers, this was the one we picked after pretty rigorous and thurough examinations in the store.

It doesn't fold as compact as the Graco, but the options on the seats as well as the steering and storage are better. Plus, the look is a little more "city chic".

Not sure if they carry it in a store near you, but you can read reviews on it at Amazon.com or elsewhere online.
References :
It depends on how much you want to spend. Dont get a side by side double stroller..those suck in stores. Get a double stroller the sits front to back.

I have this one:
http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=3922512

Its okay but I am not sure if its the stroller its self, my kids, or thats its well used ( I bought it used at a baby sale), when my 2nd son was born my oldest was 2 years old...and we didnt use a double stroller as much as we thought we would...it just became to much trouble and a lot of hard work to pull it in and out of the trunk... my infant son was either carried in a sling and my eldest rode in the stroller....or my infant son was in the stroller and my eldest was walking. Because it wasnt long that after we purchased a double stroller that it seemed like my oldest son was just to big for it.

Now my sons are 3 and 18 months and we just use an umbrella stroller. And if I put my 3 yr old in the double stroller he likes to put his feet on the ground and make them drag....

I recommend going to babies r us. They have all their strollers out and are suppose to be trained in helping you pick out the right stroller. Plus their fixed that you can test them out, push them around the store, take them out to your car and see if it fits in your trunk and how easy it is to get it in and out.
References :
With stroller I could care less about style but look for the one that functions well and suits your needs the best. If you live someplace with snow get a stroller with single big wheels otherwise the double little wheels get stuck going through snow.
