The InStep Safari Swivel Jogging Stroller can be considered a parent's best friend. The 5-point harness system works great with children and is safe for kids over 12 weeks old. Also, the front wheel of the stroller is a bit smaller, making it easier to maneuver through narrow aisles. It's also very easy to push and steer, even with only one had. If there is a downside that can be said about the InSTEP Safari Swivel Jogging Stroller, it is that there is not hand brake. The only brake is foot-activated, and you can't really slow the stroller down before ultimately stopping it.
