has anyone got a phil and ted vibe prams just wondering if there any good i was thinking of getting one?
but there really expensive with all the bits you need
I got a Phil & Ted's and yes, they are good because they're lighter than similar ones on the market but there are some drawbacks to them which I didn't realise until I had my baby. The brakes can be very hard to apply which is quite annoying. I have to get down on my knees to apply it! The other thing is, it's a pain to put the back into different reclining positions. You need to use clips and zips and the clips are tough to clip together. Takes two strong hands to do it! Other prams on the market don't have these issues and are more padded but they do weigh more. I guess you need to consider if the weight is important to you. The wheels on mine and a friend of mines who has the same pram, are both a bit ricketey after a bit of use. If I had my time over, I probably would get a different pram. The good things about it is it can get through narrow doorways and down narrow shopping aisles which is a plus.
