It sounds pretty amusing when one asks you to have colorful meals for weight reduction. So, this expression needs explanation. It is an approach where you make sure that your meal plate reflects a a spectrum of colors, and produce better balanced and healthful menus. Most people will not have the time or lack patience to keep a count of calories, but minding the colors that you see on your food plate will do the magic.
